Leadership training is extremely important for individuals as leaders and for the organisation itself, where they lead their people by example.

In addition to the right training format and topics, the trainer's identity and experience are the most important factors in ensuring that you receive quality leadership training that makes you feel more like a leader.

3) Customizability:

No two companies and managers are the same. So no two leadership competency training are the same. A training course that has no pre-assessment or fixed curriculum is not necessarily bad, it can be very good, but in most cases the candidates do not get what they expect and therefore leave unsatisfied.
